MILGRAMの音楽やキャラクター等の二次創作について
MILGRAMの二次創作活動等にて、作品を制作されるみなさまへ。
みなさまが安心して堂々と二次創作活動を行えるよう、又、二次創作を自由に楽しんでいただけるよう、ミルグラム独自のガイドラインを作成しました。
ミルグラムがより多くのみなさまに親しんでもらえるよう、共に盛り上げていけるよう、今後ともご理解とご協力のほどをよろしくお願いします。
MILGRAM二次創作についての基本的なお願い
① MILGRAMは二次創作OKです！
ファンアート、歌ってみた、踊ってみたなどで一緒に本作を盛り上げていただければと思います！
② ただし二次利用（MILGRAMのキャラ・ロゴなどの素材をそのまま使用すること）はNGです！
③ 個人あるいは仲間内で楽しむことを目的とし、商用目的(※)では行わないでください！
④ トラブルを避けるために公式のものと誤解されないように注意してください！
■ファンアートについて
自由に楽しんでください！
ただし、トラブルを避けるためにも公式の素材をそのままコピー・スキャン・トレスして利用する行為は禁止とします。
※余談ですが【#ミルグラムファンアート】などのハッシュタグを使って、皆さん同士で交流をはかるのも良いかと思います。
■『歌ってみた』『踊ってみた』について
公式が配布した各楽曲のインスト音源を使用しての『歌ってみた』『踊ってみた』などは是非行ってください。
アップする際にはMILGRAM公式You Tubeチャンネルへのリンクを張っていただければ幸いです。
※『踊ってみた』の場合振り付けにも著作権が発生していますので、トラブルを避けるためにも他の方の振り付けを使う場合は権利者の許可をとるようにしてください。
■同人誌の販売について
商用目的でない場合は、作成も販売も許容します。
■同人グッズについて
作成、発表、また仲間内での配布については問題ありません。
ただ、販売に関しては公式グッズとの区別がつきにくいため禁止とします。
■コスプレ
衣装の製作、撮影やイベントへの参加は許容します。
MILGRAMのガイドラインは、今後プロジェクトを運営していく中でより良い形を模索し、改変していく可能性があります。

Regarding derivative works using music and characters from MILGRAM.
To all those who create derivative works of MILGRAM's music, characters, etc.
MILGRAM has created its own guidelines so that everyone can engage in derivative works with peace of mind and enjoy them freely.
We hope that you will continue to understand and support us in our efforts to have more people become familiar with MILGRAM.
Basic requests regarding derivative works of MILGRAM
1 MILGRAM is open to derivative works!
We hope you will join us in fan art, singing, dancing, etc. to make MILGRAM more exciting!
2 However, secondary use (using the MILGRAM characters and logo materials, etc. as they are) is not permitted!
3 Individuals or unincorporated organizations are free to create, display, and distribute derivative works based on MILGRAM only for noncommercial purposes*!
4 Please be careful not to have your works mistaken as official to avoid any problems!
Regarding fanart
Enjoy them freely!
However, in order to avoid trouble, please refrain from copying, scanning, or tracing official materials.
As a side note, it would be great if you could use hashtags such has “#milgram_fa” to spread your works.
Regarding singing (covers) and dances
We encourage you to upload singing and dancing videos using the instrumental music of each song distributed by MILGRAM.
When uploading, it would be appreciated if you could include a link to MILGRAM's official YouTube channel.
*In the case of "dancing" the choreography is also copyrighted, so in order to avoid any trouble, please obtain permission from the copyright holder when using someone else's choreography.
Sales of doujinshi (fanzines)
If it is not for commercial purposes, both creation and sales are permitted.
Regarding doujin goods
There is no problem in creating, presenting, and distributing goods among your friends.
However, selling them is prohibited because it is difficult to distinguish them from official goods.
Regarding cosplays
The creation of cosplays and filming or enjoying events in cosplays are acceptable.
MILGRAM's guidelines may be modified in the future as we seek to improve them in the course of managing the project.
